Elizabeth Appiah Agyekum
Education Programmes Manager
Elizabeth Agyekum is a project management professional with a firm grasp of the education industry practices, standards, and compliance mandates with specific focus on reading at early grade level.
Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Education, Winneba and a master’s degree in education, guidance, and counselling from the University of Cape Coast, both in Ghana. She has over 12 years in teaching, human resources and operational management for training, community engagement, caregiver support, among others. Her most recent role was as a INSET and Coaching Specialist at FHI 360 under the USAID Partnership for Education; Learning project. Prior to that, she had occupied several positions at FHI360 within 7 years, including National Training and Coaching Coordinator, National Caregiver and Teacher Support Coordinator and Community Engagement Coordinator, among others.
As the Education Programmes Manager at EduSpots, Elizabeth’s key focus would be on managing the ongoing delivery of a small education team and helping to create and deliver the launch of the new Ignite Programme and bring much of EduSpots’ training together.
