Our work is primarily led by our dynamic network of over 300 local community based volunteers: our Catalysts! They are not all listed below, but you can find out about some of them under ‘Project Leaders’.
Note that all of the delivery work in Ghana is led by our Ghana-based team who exist to support our Catalysts, with our fundraising, communications and partnerships teams spread across Nigeria, Ghana and the UK.
Our Staff Team
All our staff team are part-time, with over 50% bringing direct experience of being a community volunteer and all delivery staff bringing direct experience of living and/or working in the rural community context.
