A Chartered Accountant and an experienced administrative and finance professional. With nearly a decade of hands-on experience across the accounting, consulting, logistics and technology sectors, she brings a unique blend of team-playing capabilities, financial expertise, operational efficiency into her work with EduSpots.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Cape Coast. Her professional journey has seen her serve in roles ranging from Administrative Assistant and Accounts Officer to Finance and Administrative Manager, where she has led financial planning, payroll administration, tender preparation, internal controls, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. She is also widely recognised for her strong problem-solving abilities and her calm, solution-focused approach to managing complex organisational challenges.

In her role with EduSpots, Claudia is committed to strengthening systems, supporting sustainable impact, and contributing to collective, community-driven change. She is excited to work alongside local and global partners to advance EduSpots’ mission of improving educational access, leadership, and empowerment for young people in Ghana.
