Efua Adabie is a passionate advocate for innovative education and sustainable development across Africa. With over two decades of experience leading educational institutions and initiatives, Efua brings expertise in leveraging technology and strategic partnerships to drive systemic improvements in education.

As Co-Founder of Breaking Doors Foundation, she is dedicated to empowering students from underprivileged backgrounds to pursue careers in STEM. Recognized as a speaker at international forums like UNESCO and TEDx, Efua actively promotes gender equity in education and elevates African STEM perspectives on a global scale. She previously held leadership roles at the African Leadership Academy in South Africa and the African Science Academy in Ghana.
