Mark Beverley

Mark is currently a teacher of English and Theatre at Sevenoaks School in the UK. He is also Director of its Institute of Teaching and Learning, which engages with and in many different kinds of educational research, with a view to developing teachers’ practice and improving student outcomes.

Before Sevenoaks, Mark was Head of English at United World College of South East Asia in Singapore.

Mark is a  teacher and examiner for the International Baccalaureate, and a passionate advocate of its aim to develop ‘inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through education that builds intercultural understanding and respect.’

He is excited to be connected to EduSpots and very keen to explore opportunities for collaborative work.
