Niranjana Singaperumal

Niranjana is an experienced grant management professional with over a decade of success securing multimillion-pound funding for education and social justice initiatives across the UK and internationally.At EduSpots she is supporting the growth of values-driven partnerships with global grant to sustain and scale EduSpots’ community-led education model.

Alongside her consultancy with EduSpots, Niranjana brings ongoing experience leading grant strategy and management within the UK non-profit sector. She previously held senior roles at Young Women’s Trust and served as Chief Development Officer at OAfrica in Ghana, where she led grant fundraising and supported child protection initiatives. With five years of experience living and working in Ghana, she brings a deep commitment to equitable partnerships, decolonising development, and the power of locally led change.

Niranjana holds an MSc in Globalisation and Development Studies from SOAS, University of London, and a BSc in International Politics from City, University of London. Her academic work focused on decolonisation, critical pedagogy, and education as a tool for liberation, perspectives that continue to shape her practice.
