A dedicated and enthusiastic believer in equality, diversity, and community-centred education. Having had the opportunity to work on several initiatives designed to improve livelihoods within communities nationally and internationally, she has experience in partnerships and development, fundraising, data entry, data collection, policy, and research for national and international organisations. Having worked as a learning support worker in multiple educational settings throughout the UK, she understands the educational system and the importance of transforming educational opportunities.
Currently enrolled on the Global Health and Development MSc at UCL and holding a degree in International Development from The University of Portsmouth; she has an in-depth understanding of multiple disciplines including world poverty and hunger, access to education, environmental sustainability, universal education and health care, gender equality and women’s empowerment, democracy, human rights and conflict and security.
