Priscilla Asamoah Baffour is a passionate social entrepreneur and humanitarian leader committed to advancing equitable education and sustainable community development across Africa. As the Fundraising Coordinator at EduSpots, she leads the organization’s fundraising efforts within Ghana, developing strategic partnerships, engaging local networks, and supporting income-generating initiatives that empower grassroots education projects.
With over a decade of experience in community development, youth empowerment, and cross-cultural project management, Priscilla brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Before joining EduSpots, she served as a Community Development Facilitator with CorpsAfrica/Ghana, where she successfully led a mechanized borehole project providing clean water to more than 500 residents. Her dedication earned her recognition as 2nd Runner-Up for Volunteer of the Year and Social Impact Storyteller of the Year in 2025.
Beyond her work with EduSpots, Priscilla is the Founder and Chief Editor of TeensVoice Magazine, a youth-centered publication that has distributed over 2,500 copies annually to rural schools, nurturing literacy and leadership among young people. She also co-founded PRIMAD Organisation, through which she has led menstrual health and career development programs benefiting thousands of girls in underserved communities.
A global changemaker, Priscilla has represented Ghana at numerous international conferences, including the CorpsAfrica All-Country Conference (Kenya), the International Youth Forum on Peace and Democracy (Morocco), and the Asian-African Youth Festival (China). She also serves as Country Coordinator for Elite West Africa, advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals related to hunger and education through strategic partnerships and community outreach.
Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana and has completed professional certifications in Project Management, Digital Marketing, Asset-Based Community Development, and Human-Centered Design. Her impact-driven work has been featured in Bold Journey, Voyage LA, and the CivSource Africa Podcast, highlighting her mission to build stronger, more inclusive communities through education, storytelling, and social innovation.
