Wise Kofi Afadzinu

Wise Kofi Afadzinu is an educator, communicator, and community leader with a strong passion for using communication to strengthen learning, collaboration, and community development. With over a decade of experience in teaching, mentoring, and leadership, he is committed to helping individuals and teams communicate their impact clearly, confidently, and purposefully.

Wise has built practical experience across education, digital media, and community engagement. He has worked extensively as a teacher, supporting learners to achieve strong improvements in literacy and language, while also holding leadership roles that required effective coordination, mentoring, and communication. Alongside his educational work, he serves as a pastor at Power Mission Church, Agbledomi, where he provides guidance, counselling, and leadership within the community—further strengthening his interpersonal and communication skills.

He also brings hands-on experience in digital communication and media. Wise is a co-founder of BlewuTV (Blewutv.com), a Google AdSense-verified blog, and a co-founder of Flashlight Radio, an online radio platform listed on the Modern Ghana Radio Directory and other directories. Through these platforms, he has gained practical insight into content creation, audience engagement, and digital storytelling.

Within the EduSpots network, Wise previously served as a Spot Lead, where he coordinated community engagements, DigiLit activities, supported catalyst collaboration, and contributed to improving communication and visibility at the community level. This experience gave him a strong understanding of the communication needs of catalysts and the importance of clear, consistent information sharing across Spots.

As Peer Mentor for Communications at EduSpots, Wise supports catalysts to strengthen storytelling, reporting, and engagement across the network. He is particularly passionate about mentoring others to communicate with clarity and confidence, ensuring that the work of every Spot is visible and valued. He is also committed to continuous learning and engages with catalysts with the mindset of knowledge sharing rather than imposing knowledge.
