Adelle is a dynamic leader in communication and fundraising, bringing over 25 years of experience marked by high-impact strategies and a commitment to meaningful change. Her career has served as a creative roadmap, consistently leading to significant outcomes in various sectors.

As the Founder of Happy Ant Creative Consultancy, Adelle specialises in crafting strategic marketing campaigns that deliver exceptional results. With a talent for engaging diverse audiences, she has transformed standalone events into thriving movements. Her successful communication strategies not only enhance customer engagement but also guide product and event launches from concept to execution. Her innovative spirit is evident in every project, whether it involves redefining a brand for a local hair salon or supporting an anti-violence charity.

Her true passion lies within the NGO sector, where she applies her skills in communications, fundraising, marketing, and brand development to create lasting impact. This is where her dedication to purpose-driven initiatives truly shines, driving efforts that make a significant difference in the world.

Previously, as Director of Marketing & Communications at a national charity supporting genetic disorder research, Adelle led a successful rebranding initiative in 2022. Under her leadership, the annual fundraising event generated an impressive £500k, while new income streams—including a virtual quiz launched during the COVID-19 pandemic—helped diversify and sustain revenue. Her strategic efforts resulted in a 51% increase in registrations and a robust PR and influencer campaign that reached over 25 million people.

Adelle’s fundraising journey began in the retail sector, where she worked with a foundation supporting vulnerable children. She later transitioned to a global charitable initiative focused on social impact and environmental sustainability. There, she orchestrated international campaigns that raised over £15 million. Her ability to foster meaningful connections—whether with staff, volunteers, or donors—paired with innovative marketing strategies, made a profound impact across 60 countries. Notably, one initiative raised £5 million from surplus stock, simultaneously supporting the charity and reducing environmental waste.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Adelle is a dedicated fur-mama to two rescue dogs. She enjoys factual historical novels, photography & videography, aqua running, exploring nature and walking along the beautiful beaches of Sussex.
