Alisa Mogre

Alisa is a highly motivated professional who is passionate about youth development, community-led change as well as learning and capacity building for organisational development. She has proven experience and skills in leading, coaching, mentoring, managing and facilitating processes that empower and equip both individuals and organisations to fulfill their potential and missions respectively.

Alisa has worked in various capacities with different local and international organisations such as CARE, Actionaid, World Food Programme and Create Change Ghana. She believes strongly in personal social responsibility and volunteers as a mentor to different individuals and groups.

Alisa holds a degree in natural resources management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MA in leadership and organizational development from University for Development Studies. She is also a certified Youth Life Coach.

She is supporting EduSpots with the development of the mentoring and coaching element of the Community Leadership in Education (CLEd) Programme, leading monthly group coaching sessions and training a new cohort of peer mentors.
