People and Culture Manager

Dede is a People and Culture professional who believes thriving organisations are built from the inside out and that when people feel equipped, valued, and genuinely supported, the impact they create speaks for itself.

With a career spanning education, clinic management, HR leadership, and executive programme support, Dede brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and on-the-ground experience to everything she does. She has trained over 2,000 educators across all 16 regions of Ghana, managed cross-organisational initiatives for international executives, and led HR functions that shaped team culture, accountability, and performance from the ground up. She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Heritage Christian University College.

As People and Culture Manager at EduSpots, Dede is building the organisation’s first dedicated people function,  bringing both rigour and warmth to the work of creating a culture that can hold and grow a team driving community-led education across Ghana.
