Gloria Ofosu-Kusi

Fundraising Intern

Gloria is a programme management professional with over 7 years of experience across various industries and almost 5 years in the non-profit space delivering social impact initiatives across education, health and community development in Ghana. As a PMP-certified project manager, she specialises in coordinating programmes, engaging stakeholders, and managing non-profit operations to ensure successful and impactful outcomes. Working with both local and international partners, Gloria’s work has reached thousands of Ghanaians through various initiatives: nationwide digital youth skills workshops, creating library-based digital learning hubs to expand access to free learning resources, and coordinating the operations of a teacher training conference reaching over 400 teachers from less privileged schools, amongst many other initiatives. Now wanting to deepen her knowledge and experience in fundraising, she is eager to contribute to the work of mobilising resources to support EduSpots’ vision of helping communities create a sustainable future through education.

Gloria holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a master’s degree in International Business and is passionate about education and storytelling. She enjoys reading and uses
her voice to support advocacy and community engagement through voice-over work for local and international NGOs in her spare time.
