Kenneth Gyamerah
Kenneth has over five years’ experience as high school teacher in Ghana and served as an educator and youth development specialist in varying roles. He is a PhD Candidate at Queen’s University in Canada. He has an MSc in Education Policy and International Development as a Chevening Scholar from the University of Bristol. In 2019, Kenneth co-designed the Youth Action Lab with CIVICUS. The lab is a one-year co-creation programme for grassroots youth activists based in the global south.
Before co-designing the Youth, Action Lab Kenneth was a Global Youth Ambassador for Education with Theirworld, Global Partnership for Education and the Royal Commonwealth Society. He was also a youth development consultant and researcher for CIVICUS Alliance for Citizen participation, Plan International UK, Plan International Sweden, and some World Bank funded projects.
