Racheal Katandala

Well-being Intern

Racheal Katandala is a full-time psychology student at the United States International University- Africa passionate about human behaviour and how it impacts human productivity. She intends to pursue industrial psychology as a starting point for her human capital career. 

Currently based in Kenya but originally from Zambia. Racheal was a scholar under Pioneer Academics during the spring through summer intake of 2023. She also interned at one of the Big Four accounting firms for 5 months in Zambia under the human capital department. Racheal enjoys volunteering as an alumni panelist at Pioneer Academics and as a scholar mentor for primary and secondary school students. She believes that knowledge and education can bridge many gaps societies face. 

Racheal is taking an interest in learning Kiswahili while in Kenya. She is also exploring her coding skills using scratch in her free time.
