Vida Konadu Agyeman
Ignite Equity Programme Coordinator
Vida has over five years of experience working with non-governmental organizations to address educational inequity. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science and a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
She is passionate about gender and women’s rights issues and is an alumnus of Women Deliver Young Leaders program.
Her dedication and efforts to promote girls’ education earned her the “Bridging Gender Inequity Gap” award in 2020 from Lead For Ghana. During her time at Lead For Ghana, Vida showcased her leadership skills by initiating impactful projects in her community. Particularly, her advocacy for STEM education and empowerment of young girls exemplify her commitment to sustainable community development. These achievements led to her selection as one of the 10 Empowered to Educate Fellows in 2020, and she is currently an alumnus.
Vida has extensive experience in community leadership, training, and facilitation. She is skilled in curriculum and content design, developing and delivering engaging online content and training.
