Avril Kudzi

Avril Kudzi a Social Development Professional with experience in leading teams and programmes in Ghana and West Africa. She has technical expertise in Education, Health (maternal and child), Child protection, Behavioral Change Communication and Volunteering for Development.
Avril has built relationships, engaged with various stakeholders and has a strong network with development stakeholders including the Ghana Ministry of Education and its partners. She has a strong track record in team leadership, including line management of regionally based staff and managing teams to implement results-based projects.
She served as the Ghana Country Director for VSO International with oversight for Nigeria and Sierra Leone and currently serves as the Country Lead for the Jacobs Foundation programmes in Ghana.
Avril holds a bachelor’s degree in business Administration (Finance) from the University of Ghana and a Masters in Development Management (MDM) from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Avril is the Co-Founder of Partnership for Volunteering in Development (PVD), a local Ghanaian NGO, that places volunteering at the heart of our development work in Ghana.
