Emmanuel Konam is a Ghana-based development professional working at the intersection of environmental education, youth development, and digital transformation. He is passionate about using education as a tool for empowerment, particularly in underserved communities, and is increasingly focused on climate action, sustainability, and community-led environmental learning, health and digital innovation.

He brings experience in digital skills training, facilitation, and youth engagement, having supported and managed programmes that equip young people with practical competencies in technology, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving. His work spans training delivery, ecosystem building, and community-based learning initiatives that aim to strengthen opportunity pathways
for young people.

Emmanuel’s interests lie in education, climate resilience, technology and grassroots development, with a strong belief in locally driven solutions to global challenges.
