MEL Consultant
Mica Ethel Woode is a Measurement, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) consultant supporting EduSpots’ impact strategy. She brings over four years of experience designing evaluation frameworks and conducting research on digital skills, entrepreneurship and small business development across Ghana and wider Africa. Previously Research and Impact Lead at MEST Africa, Mica led MEL across programmes supported by the Mastercard Foundation, UNICEF and UNDP and has published research on digital skills and technology ecosystems in Ghana. She holds an MSc in Management (Business Analytics) from Swansea University and a BSc in Geography with Economics from Loughborough University.
