Amy Moore has worked globally in the field of leadership development for the last 25 years. Drawing on her experience at Bain & Company, in coaching she helps leaders identify the patterns and systems that they are in, and the behaviours and actions they would like to live for impact.  She is known for her systemic approach, and strong listening and questioning skills (with additional tools) that prompt reflection and leadership insight to help maximise effectiveness. She also trains and supervises new coaches, and is passionate about helping social entrepreneurs scale their businesses.
