Apply to join the EduSpots network!

Following 10 years of developing our unique Spot community-led model for inviting fun, community-rooted and future ready education, we are ready to expand the network as we step into the next decade of impact.

We are looking for passionate groups who are already leading education projects of some form within their communities, whether a community library, or a literacy, STEM, environmental or gender equity activity.

We are looking for people to apply in groups of at least four individuals who are keen to be actively involved in the project within the community itself, with wider community involvement and support in the project.

APPLY TODAY: An expression of interest form is found here.

What does joining EduSpots involve?

  • Leadership and Spot development training

Join the EduSpots Ignite Programme and engage in a 6-month Spot start-up process with in-person Academies and team challenges across team-building, community engagement, safeguarding, resource management, fundraising and communications.

  • Educational training & coaching

Gain access to educational resources and training that will enable you to lead high-quality and future-ready education clubs, supported by specialists across early childhood education, digital and literacy skills, STEM and environmental education and gender equity.

  • Network membership

You will be a part of EduSpots’ dynamic network stretched across Ghana and Kenya, sharing your educational and leadership ideas with over 500 local changemakers.

  • Limited sustainable resources

Spots that pass through the 6-month programme successfully will be given a few tablets and a wifi kit, alongside sustainable resource kits related to their learner strands. Spots bear responsibility for ongoing costs and lead local fundraising and resource mobilization.
