From the very beginning, Rebecca was drawn to EduSpots not only because of its values but also because of its relentless commitment to providing and supporting quality education. “EduSpots’ efforts really inspired me to join the network,” she reflects. But beyond inspiration, she has the desire to learn and make an impact in her community, which solidified her place within the EduSpots family.

Rebecca has proven to be nothing short of a powerhouse, “I’ve been determined, working tirelessly to meet deadlines,” she shares. This dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed. Her commitment shines through her active participation in monthly online coaching sessions, where she continuously hones her skills and broadens her understanding of community engagement and education.

The Atanve team thrives on mutual support and shared purpose, which has shaped and supported Rebecca’s journey. “Collaboration and mutual support have been part of the Catalysts in Atanve,” Rebecca says proudly. “My team has played key roles in encouraging, sharing knowledge, and helping me improve,” she adds.

Looking ahead, Rebecca sees a future where Atanve Spot expands its impact to serve even more communities. “I envision Atanve meeting the needs of larger communities,” she says with hope. And she’s ready to help lead that charge.

In building great teams, she encouraged fellow Catalysts, “Be reachable, communicate effectively, and be ready to support others.” And to any aspiring Catalyst hoping to make their mark, she advises: “Keep trying, be determined, be willing to learn and improve.”

Even as challenges arise, Rebecca remains optimistic. “Our community has seen much improvement. Although there have been challenges, we are working harder and remain hopeful that we will ignite change in the larger community.”
