Our team

Our work is primarily led by our dynamic network of over 400 local community based volunteers: EduSpots’ Catalysts! 70% of Catalysts are teachers, and 100% of Catalysts are based in, or from, the Spot communities.

Note that programmes  in Ghana and Kenya are led by our Ghana-based team who exist to support our Catalysts as leaders; our fundraising, communications and partnerships teams spread are across Nigeria, Ghana and the UK.
