Yahya is a youth activist, child education enthusiast and a teacher at Ebenezer Preparatory School, Ejura in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
As a highly-motivated and passionate young man, he believes in volunteerism, service to humanity and giving back to society. He also likes traveling, swimming and discussing productive ideas.
He is the founder of the EPASS Readers and Writers club and the Teacher Changemaker for the Ebenezer Preparatory School spot located at Saboline, a suburb of Ejura in the Ashanti of Ghana.
The objectives of the project are:
- To provide an opportunity and easy access to a reading center for Ejura school children.
- To bridge the gap between rural and urban pupils by providing equal reading opportunity for the rural school children.
- To motivate rural school children to develop interest in reading while creating fun.
