Florentia Teye

Programmes Manager

(Starting 1st October 2025)

Florentia Teye is a learning and talent development professional driven by a passion for making education accessible, curiosity-led, and impactful. She began her journey with a B.Ed. in Mathematics and, after a brief period in banking, returned to her first love (education). Florentia taught with the Ghana Education Service for five years before upskilling in Data Analytics to strengthen her ability to design data-informed learning solutions.

Over the years, she has contributed to impactful, tech-focused projects including Nedamco Africa (Ethiopia), Scalework (Germany), the LAF Project (Azubi Africa), the AWS Cloud Intensive Program (a Generation Ghana and Mastercard Foundation initiative), and the Talent Mobility Program (funded by GIZ). Her expertise spans curriculum & program design, employability coaching, and career readiness training, with a consistent focus on bridging technical skills with soft skills for holistic learner growth.

Florentia has extensive experience in curriculum development, program management, and coaching, leading large-scale learning initiatives. She has achieved measurable impact, including a 96% learner satisfaction rate and a 20% increase in female participation through gender diversity initiatives. Beyond learner-focused programs, she also trains professionals pursuing Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification, equipping them with strategies for effective teaching, learner engagement, and technical content delivery.

Guided by the belief that education should spark curiosity rather than feel like a chore, Florentia is committed to helping learners build confidence, unlock potential, and develop genuine interest in STEM pathways from an early age.

She currently serves as Programmes Manager at EduSpots (starting on the 1st October 2025), where she leads the organisation’s pioneering model for future-ready education across literacy, digital skills, STEM, early years, and environmental education. In this role, she manages a diverse education team, coordinates peer mentoring, and champions innovation in teaching and learning.
