Currently, he serves as the Assistant Headteacher of Agbledomi RC/DA Basic School and also holds the position of Secretary for the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) in the Srogboe-Whuti locality.

Passionate about driving positive change, John strongly believes that education is the key to transforming communities. His enthusiasm for the EduSpots network stems from its alignment with his professional values and aspirations. His teaching philosophy is rooted in the idea that “every child has a natural inclination to grow and excel in life, but it depends on the support provided by parents, teachers, and caregivers.”

In his new role as Peer Mentor for the Catalyst Community, John is committed to actively engaging with Catalysts across the EduSpots network, encouraging them to share their ongoing activities and community-led initiatives to strengthen collaboration and impact.
