The spot is located in Bono-Manso in the Bono-East Region. It is based in a converted classroom at the Bono-Manso R/C basic school, but there are three schools in the community and all of the schools use the Spot.

The project was started and is led by Kofi Antwi, who is a teacher at the school where the project is located. EduSpots has provided him with training on how to run a library, have provided the Spot with books and helped paint the classroom in which the library is based.

Kofi has a team of three teacher volunteers and 20 student volunteers from the three schools in the community supporting him in running the project. Kofi also runs a reading programme in the library.
