We are incredibly excited to announce that Francis Yeboah has been appointed as our full-time Operations Manager in Ghana. He will oversee the operations of all our projects in Ghana, including (amongst other areas of oversight) overseeing project constructions and maintenance, book delivery, community engagement, and oversight of overseas volunteer trips and placements.
Francis has been central to the development of the Reading Spots project from its creation in 2015, and has been taking on this role on a voluntary basis demonstrating astonishing commitment since the outset of our operations in Ghana. He has voluntarily delivered books across the country, engaged community members at great scale, and overseen the safe and successful construction of our projects for three years. Francis holds extensive experience as an outstanding driver for AVIS travel, and we hope to use his combined skills as a driver, tour guide, and logistics manager in this new role in multiple ways.
